Nourishments Health Studio’s Team
Si-Si Pagano, Founder of
Nourishments Health Studio
Massage Therapist | Hydro Colon Therapy | Ionic Foot Bath
Si-Si decided to channel her passion and love of people and health into her life's work. In 2004, she received her certification in massage therapy at the Kali Institute for Massage and Somatic Therapies and in (what year?) a degree as a licensed colonic hydrotherapist from the Gentle Wellness Center, also known as the Internal Environment Institute.
A healthy, well-functioning digestive system is essential to maintaining and supporting whole-body wellness.
Her studies focused on maximizing acupressure theories and techniques which stimulate the system, normalize organ functions and restore the body's natural balance. Through her massage work and passionate studies of internal and external health, she broadened her modalities to encompass restoring health to her patient's internal digestive system, incorporating Hydro Colon Therapy.
Si-Si enjoys eating and cooking fresh, healthy meals. Her passion for food combined with her digestive health knowledge enables her to share vital information about physical and digestive health alternatives.
Nicole Pizzuti
Nicole is a certified colon hydro therapist passionate about helping others feel better. For the past decade, she has immersed herself in the science of internal cleansing, delving deep into nutritional detoxification, elimination, and cellular healing.
Her learning process has included countless hours of self-experimentation and much trial and error. This personal experience provided a deeper understanding of human physiology and brought many things to light. The most valuable lesson she learned and the principle that guides her through her work is that elimination plays an equal if not greater role than nutrition in an individual’s state of health. Her goal as a colon hydro therapist is to raise the vitality of each of her clients and to nurture their desire to improve their lives.
Crystal Dodson-Galindo
Crystal is passionate about teaching people how to use essential oils for their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She has seen dramatic shifts in people's lives after experiencing the power of the AromaTouch Technique.
After her son was diagnosed with Autism, her life path changed. She began eliminating chemicals from her home and completely changed their diet. Crystal became a Holistic Health Coach graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2013. In 2017 she was introduced to doTERRA essential oils. She began to immerse herself in the pure and therapeutic benefits of incorporating these healing oils and became certified in the AromaTouch technique in November 2019. She looks forward to meeting you and sharing the benefits of essential oils and AromaTouch Therapy.
TAMMIE SHIMOOKA
Massage Therapist | Chi Nei Tsang Practitioner | Reiki Master
Tammie’s journey of healing began after overcoming breast cancer in 1994. This was a turning point and a wake-up call for her to make some lifestyle changes which included adding alternative medicine therapies as a preventive measure to regain her good health.
Because of the important role that holistic medicine played in her recovery and her growing interest in the healing arts, she embarked on a career as a massage therapist in 1997.
Over the years, she has expanded her repertoire to include various massage modalities such as Deep Tissue • Swedish • Pregnancy • Thai Massage • Therapeutic Stretching • Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy • Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese Abdominal Massage) • Craniosacral Work
Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese Abdominal Massage) is complementary to Colon Hydrotherapy (Colonics).
It is an excellent aid for clearing stagnant energy in the digestive tract and organs of the body. In addition to her training as a massage therapist, Tammie is a Reiki Master.
Throughout the years, Tammie’s passion for the healing arts has never waned.
Tammie’s mission as a bodyworker/healer is to help her clients release old patterns of tension and chronic pain held in their bodies and bring them back into a state of optimum health and overall well-being. Since each client is unique with their own special needs, she always strives to ensure that they receive the kind of bodywork that gives them the most therapeutic and healing experience possible. Tammie loves working with others and is truly honored to be in her profession.
